Pop, Pour, Rosé: Springtime Sips with 90+ Cellars
From still to sparkling, Wine Director Alexandra Shaughnessy shares how 90+ Cellars brings affordable elegance to every glass of rosé and bubbly.
Spring is here, and with it comes the seasonal craving for something pink, bubbly, and refreshingly approachable.
Few producers make that transition into the warmer months easier than 90+ Cellars, a brand that continues to deliver value-driven wines with surprising elegance.
Known for sourcing wine from renowned vineyards around the world and offering them at a fraction of the price, 90+ Cellars has carved out a niche with its crowd-pleasing lineup. But this time of year, it’s their rosé, Prosecco and sparkling rosé that really shine.
“These wines are all about fun, accessibility, and quality,” said Alexandra Shaughnessy, Wine Director for 90+ Cellars. “Whether it’s a chilled glass of our Lot 33 Rosé or the lively sparkle of our Prosecco, they’re meant to be shared—on patios, at picnics or wherever people gather to enjoy the moment.”
The 90+ Cellars Lot 33 Rosé ($12.49) is sourced from the Languedoc in southern France and blends Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. It pours pale pink with notes of wild strawberries and citrus zest, finishing with a refreshing mineral snap. It's bright, crisp and made for easy sipping.
The 90+ Cellars Prosecco Rosé ($12.49) is made from Glera and Pinot Noir in Treviso and Venice. It over-delivers with its delicate bubbles and aromas of pear, green apple and white flowers.
For those looking for a change of pace, the 90+ Cellars N/A Sparkling Rosé ($15.99) is a non-alcoholic option made from Grenache grapes. It brings together freshness and festive flair with hints of cherry blossom and raspberry—and still has the mouthfeel of a traditional rosé.
Because the non-alcoholic section of the industry has grown so fast, Shaughnessy drew a parallel to another corner of the market that recently underwent explosive growth.
