At Mezzacorona, winemaker Lucio Matricardi crafts Pinot Grigio in the shadows of the Dolomites, where dramatic landscapes shape equally expressive wines.

“Trentino’s vineyards sit between (700 feet) and (1,600 feet) 500 and are surrounded by (10,000-foot) peaks,” Matricardi said. “Those cold nights and sunny days create the perfect conditions for slow ripening and aromatic development.”
